Past in Review is published three times per year. Distribution of the newsletter is the responsibility of each Unit Commander and/or his designated member of the Company. It will be the responsibility of Unit Commanders and/or his representative to make sure that Unit members without e-mail receive a hard copy of each issue.

Fourth Military District units may submit upcoming event information for publication. Be sure to include contact information for the person or unit sponsoring event, date and location. Editorial changes to text, spelling and photos may be made by the editor as needed. Advertisements cannot be accepted.
