1. Effective this date, the Commanding Officer Sons of Veterans Reserve approves the following promotions:
   
1. 1st Lieutenant Robert J. Amsler is promoted to the rank of Captain based on his unit exceeding 30 members. He will serve as Commander of Company A., 2 nd Missouri Volunteer Infantry, 4 th Military District. His commission will remain in effect until 13 December 2012 or until properly relieved.
   
2. 2nd Lieutenant John P. Portanova is re-commissioned at his present rank, and he will continue to serve as Adjutant of Company I., 83 rd New York Volunteers. This commission will remain in effect until 13 December 2012 or until properly relieved.
   
2. The Commanding Officer, Sons of Veterans Reserve wishes to welcome Company F., 78 th Enrolled Missouri Militia, 4 th Military District, Ste. Genevieve, Missouri, to the ranks of the Sons of Veterans Reserve. The seven-man unit will be under the command of 1Sgt. Jerry L. Kasten. Welcome Aboard Company F.
